Double opt-in, one-click unsubscribe for Gmail and Yahoo, bounces via IMAP or webhook with automatic blocking. No tracking unless you switch it on.

Frequently asked questions about the newsletter
Does Mailjet get my subscriber list?
No. The list, consents, lists and blocks stay in your database. Mailjet only receives each individual email for its recipient – to deliver it.
Can I run several newsletters?
Yes, as many as you need – for topics, departments, clubs or internal lists. Visitors choose in the sign-up form which ones they want and can unsubscribe from each one separately.
Who may write and send issues?
The newsletter administrators decide per list which roles or people may use it. They only see its subscribers and issues; settings, designs and blocking stay with the administrators.
What happens to undeliverable addresses?
Hard bounces are blocked immediately, soft bounces only after several failures, spam complaints unsubscribe at once. With your own server via an IMAP mailbox, with Mailjet via webhooks.
Are opens and clicks tracked?
No, not by default. With Mailjet you can switch it on – then mention it in your privacy policy.
